Systems thinking
Seeing the bigger picture; designing strategies for systems change.
I work with mission-driven organisations tackling complex social issues — housing, health, early years, domestic violence, poverty and inequality.
My approach uses tools from systems mapping to futures methodologies to look outwards and forwards. These can help you understand the system you’re working in and pinpoint the drivers of change, the relationships between them, and the leverage points for impact.
Thinking systemically is not enough and I can support you to move to action. This might mean collaborating across boundaries, working in new ways, shifting power structures that keep social problems stuck, and learning and adapting as you go.
